Strawberry Ice Cream
1 - To a high-speed blender, add the frozen banana, frozen strawberries, honey, milk, and heavy cream. Then, put the lid on and blend until smooth.
Tip: Vitamix blenders are by far the best we have ever owned: Vitamix Explorian, Vitamix Professional Series 750, and the new generation Vitamix A3500.

2 - Transfer the ice cream to a silicone container and place it in the freezer for about 2 hours.
Tip: If you enjoy very creamy ice creams, it is preferable for you to have them right away. Otherwise, you can freeze them, but we do recommend same day consumption. If you prefer to make larger batches, we recommend you to portion the ice cream in smaller containers and re-blend it before tasting.
