1 tsp (3.5g) - Active dry yeast

We advise that you prepare all the above ingredients before starting.

You will typically need: a scale, measuring cups, and mixing bowls.

Pizza Dough

1 - Mix milk and water together in a mixing bowl and microwave them for 20 seconds. Your liquid ingredients should be warm but the temperature has to stay below 105°F (40°C).

2 - Add sugar and active dry yeast. Then, let your mix rest for 15 minutes.

3 - In a stand mixer bowl, pour the salt first, then pour the flour, the olive oil, and the yeast mixture. Knead for 5 to 10 minutes to allow gluten to develop. You know the dough is ready when it doesn’t stick to the edges of the bowl and shapes a nice ball. The KitchenAid Artisan Design Series and the KitchenAid Professional 600 Series are superstars among stand mixers and will look amazing in your kitchen!

You can also do it by hand, however, you will have to knead for at least 15 to 20 minutes.

4 - Pour about ⅛ cup of olive oil into a bowl and spread it everywhere. Place your pizza dough in the bowl, cover it with a towel, and let it proof for 1 hour in a warm spot.

6 - Preheat your oven to 390°F (195°C). You want to make sure your oven is really hot before cooking the pizza.

5 - After an hour, flour your station and stretch your pizza dough gently until it’s ¼ inch (½ cm) thick using a rolling pin (marble/wood). Cut the dough with a round cookie cutter and garnish your pizza bites with everything you love (tomato sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan…).

6 - Bake at 390°F (195°C) for 15 minutes.

7 - Enjoy!
