This bolognese sauce pasta looks and tastes incredible!

This tasty pasta recipe is the perfect meal to please the entire family and might be the most delicious vegetarian bolognese recipe you will ever eat.

Bolognese Pasta

To taste - Butter

To taste - Olive oil

1 - Carrot

1 - Shallot

1 - Garlic clove

1 tsp (2g) - Smoked paprika

1 tbsp (3g) - Oregano

1 tbsp (3g) - Rosemary

1½ cups (340g) - Tomato sauce

1 cup (236ml) - Water

7 oz (200g) - Ground meat (conventional or plant-based)

1 box - Linguine pasta

 

Topping

To taste - Parmesan cheese

We advise that you prepare all the above ingredients before starting.

You will typically need: a scale, measuring cups, and mixing bowls.

 

Bolognese Pasta

1 - In a pan over medium heat, melt some butter and about 1 tablespoon of olive oil. We love this professional set of stainless steel measuring cups and spoons.

2 - Add the diced carrots, shallot, garlic clove, and stir them all together. Then, cook for about 5 minutes. Stir if needed so it does not burn. 

3 - Add the oregano, rosemary, smoked paprika, and mix lightly. With a spoon (or a spatula), form an empty space in the center, and add the ground meat. Mash it gently. 

4 - Pour the tomato sauce and stir quickly before incorporating the water. Pour the water and cook for 15 minutes. 

5 - When the sauce is ready, add the linguine, mix generously, and cook for another 10 minutes. 

6 - For the real Italian touch, add fresh grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves.

7 - Enjoy!
