Penne Pasta

1 cup (240ml) - Chicken broth

1 cup (240ml) - Water

5 oz (145g) - Penne pasta

1 cup (240ml) - Milk

½ tsp (2g) - Onion powder

½ tsp (1g) - Black pepper

Salt - To taste

5 oz (145g) - Cream cheese

1 cup (140g) - Vegetable mix

1 - Egg

To taste - Fresh parsley

We advise that you prepare all the above ingredients before starting.

You will typically need: a scale, measuring cups, mixing bowls.

  

Creamy Penne Pasta

1 - Pour the water, chicken broth, and penne pasta into a saucepan (or like us a saucier pan) and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.

2 - Stir in the milk and cook for another 5 minutes before adding the salt, pepper, and onion powder. Then, cook for 5 more minutes.

3 - Stir in the cream cheese until completely melted, which may take a few minutes.

4 - Once the cream cheese is fully incorporated, add the steamed mixed vegetables and crack the egg. Then, mix until everything is well combined.
