⅔ cup (115g) - Dark chocolate
⅔ cup (115g) - Milk chocolate
½ cup (100g) - Sugar
½ cup (100g) - Light brown sugar
1 cup (125g) - Flour
1 tsp (4g) - Baking powder
5.5 oz (155g) - Butter
2 - Eggs
½ cup (50g) - Pecans
½ cup (50g) - Walnuts

You will typically need: a scale, measuring cups, and mixing bowls.
Brownie
1 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2 - In a stand mixer bowl, crack the eggs and whisk at medium speed. When a light yellow foamy texture appears, incorporate the sugar and whisk for another 3 minutes.
Tip: The KitchenAid Artisan Design Series and the KitchenAid Professional 600 Series are superstars among stand mixers and will look amazing in your kitchen! You may also use a hand mixer.
3 - Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl, add the brown sugar and whisk a few times. Add the flour and the baking powder. Continue mixing with a spatula until a uniform dough forms.

4 - Add the butter and the dark chocolate pistoles to another mixing bowl and microwave them for one minute.
5 - Pour the melted chocolate mixture (step 4) into the mixture from step 3 and mix until well combined.
6 - Add the chopped pecans, the chopped walnuts, and the milk chocolate chunks. Mix one last time.
7 - Put the brownie batter in a cake pan and flatten it with a spatula.
8 - Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
9 - Let it cool down for a few moments on a cooling rack before savoring.
