Hazelnut Soufflé

- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In a mixing bowl, break 2 eggs and separate egg whites from egg yolks.

- In a stand mixer bowl, pour the 2 egg whites and mix at medium speed until small bubbles form and the mixture turns white. Incorporate the sugar while still mixing. The KitchenAid Artisan Design Series and the KitchenAid Professional 600 Series are superstars among stand mixers and will look amazing in your kitchen! You may also use a hand mixer.

- Mix for another ~3 minutes and add the egg yolks. Mix until well combined.

- Pour the mix into a mixing bowl and add the hazelnut spread using a spatula. Whisk until a homogeneous light brown color forms.

- Melt the butter in the microwave and coat the inside of an oven-safe ramekin with it using a brush. Pour some sugar inside the ramekin and bend it (90°) while spinning to spread the sugar on the entire surface. Dispose of the excess sugar.

- Pour the mixture from step 5 into the ramekin. Leave some room on top for the soufflé to rise during baking.

- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.

- Enjoy!
