Crispy Oven French Fries

- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Take two large potatoes and remove their skin with a peeler. Then, with the aid of a sharp knife, cut the potatoes evenly in a fries shape. The fries should have approximately the same size and thickness, which will allow your potatoes to bake evenly in the oven.

- Fill a large mixing bowl with cold water and soak the fries for 5 minutes. It will help remove as much potato starch as possible and make your fries crispy.

- After 5 minutes, drain your potatoes with a strainer. You can also use a kitchen towel to dry the fries completely.

- Place the fries in a large dry mixing bowl and season them with the olive oil, salt, and smoked paprika. You can use as many spices as you like. Then, mix using your hands until all the fries are coated with oil and spices.

- On a baking tray, using a silicone mat (or parchment paper), spread the fries making sure there is a little bit of space between each of them. It will allow the heat to circulate all around your fries and make them crispy.

- Finally, bake the fries for 90 minutes at 350°F (175°C).

- Enjoy!
